ABQ, S.A. was established as a customs broker in 1984.

As a company, we had to develop and adapt our customs brokerage activity due to the changes resulting from joining the EEC.

This involved modifying our company’s initial structure, resulting in the creation of the Air Freight Department (after obtaining our IATA Agent accreditation in 1987) and the Sea Freight Department, allowing us to enter different international markets.

Over the years, our company has had to adapt to significant changes in customs legislation and international business management processes. In 2011, we became an AEO-certified company, thus gaining centralised clearance throughout Spain, and our facilities were subsequently certified as a public bonded warehouse, temporary deposit warehouse and export approved warehouse.

In order to provide a top-quality service since 1984, our company philosophy has always been the continuous training of our team.

It has always been our intention to obtain our own capacities, qualifications and accreditations in order to avoid subcontracting as much as possible, while offering solutions that increase the competitiveness of our clients.
